F3USA (Freedom Fighters Fund) is a veteran-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping U.S. service members transition from military service to meaningful careers in cybersecurity.
Through a partnership with Fusion Cyber and VetComm SkillBridge, we deliver 10 weeks of hands-on cybersecurity instruction, professional development, and career placement support — empowering our nation’s transitioning service members to continue the fight in another domain: cyberspace.

OUR MISSION & VISION
From the Field to the Firewall
Our mission is to provide technical training and certification, career development, VA benefit optimization, and employment access for transitioning service members to launch careers in cybersecurity. The Freedom Fighters Fund transforms military transition through career preparation that prevents veteran unemployment and underemployment. We provide state of the art cybersecurity training, VA benefits optimization, and career development programs at the critical time before service members leave active duty. Our AI-enhanced training platform and ‘left of boom’ approach qualifies participants for in demand cyber careers while strengthening America’s cybersecurity workforce.

Organizational Purpose and Authority:
· Operate multiple Department of Defense SkillBridge programs nationwide.
· Provide VA claims assistance and benefits advocacy services
· Deliver corporate cybersecurity training and workforce development contracts
· Offer individual professional development and upskilling programs
· Develop and license AI-enhanced cybersecurity curriculum and training methods
Service Delivery Models:
· Free Tier: All active duty / transitioning service members (SkillBridge/CSP).
· Premium Tier: Veterans seeking advanced certifications and career growth.
· Corporate Tier: Enterprise cybersecurity training and upskilling contracts.
· Hybrid Delivery: Virtual-Live and AI enhanced learning experiences.
Geography and Scope of Delivery:
· Primary: Active duty service members within 180 days of separation (global).
· Secondary: Veterans seeking cybersecurity career development/advancement.
· Tertiary: Corporate clients requiring cybersecurity workforce development.
· Future: Military spouses and family members.
